Below you find the answers to possible questions that may arise during your visit to our shop.

Payment

Products can be reserved by clicking the button „Add to basket". You can check your shopping cart at any time by clicking the basket symbol at the top right. Products can be removed by clicking the button „Remove" from the shopping cart. If you want to buy the products in the shopping cart, click the button „Proceed to checkout".

We offer different payment methods. You can pay with an VISA and Mastercard credit card, via Amazon Payments, via PayPal, invoice (creditworthiness provided) and advance payment.

Returns

You have the right to revoke the contract for 14 days and return your order free of charge without giving reasons.

We ask you to use the return receipt and sticker for free returns though, which you’ll find enclosed your delivery.
Please understand that we can provide free returns only for customers in Germany and only with the DHL return sticker. Customers from other countries have to pay the return costs on their own.
Please fill in the return receipt and enclose it with the package. Please make sure your address has been entered in the left at the top. Please attach the DHL sticker onto the package. You can hand in the parcel at any branch of Deutsche Post, free of charge. We will refund the amount to your method of payment. Please consider, that we only can accept returns with original labels.

Account

You can place an order without an account. But, an account makes ordering easier. You can create a customer account here.

Protect your personal password and keep it in a safe place. If you forgot password, you can use the „Forgot password" function to create a new password. We’ll send you an e-mail with a link which will lead you to our website, where you assign a new password.

Guarantee

Yes, on http://www.codello.de your personal data are encrypted and thus protected against unauthorized access by third parties.

We guarantee the security of your payment by credit card. Your payment details are on our security server reliably protected against unauthorized access. All the data you provided to us during the course of the order will be transmitted in encrypted form. This applies, in particular, to the credit card information. We use the encoding system SSL (Secure Socket Layer). The credit card is one of the safest payment methods when shopping on the internet.

Order

Your order will be shipped on the same, or no later than the following working day. Using advance payment we ship your order when we received the full amount invoiced.

The delivery within Germany is free of charge. With every order there will be a small fee for insurance and packaging of € 0,99. For deliveries to other countries you will be charged € 5,95, regardless of size or weight of your order.

Yes, you can check the status of your order at any time in your personal customer account. Besides, you have the possibility to track your shipment on the internet as soon as it has left our shipping warehouse. You get an e-mail with the package number and a link to the online portal of our shipping partner.

You can check your orders and returns in your personal account.

If something is missing in your delivery, please check your delivery note, if there are all items listed or if there is an indication that parts of the order must be send in another shipment If this is not the case, or if you have received wrong goods, please do not hesitate to contact us by e-mail to service@codello-shop.com or by phone +49 (0) 89 143 67 152 – 100.

We’ll do our best to correct the error as fast as possible.

Voucher Codes

If you want to redeem a voucher, please enter the appropriate code during the ordering process in the field „Promo code".

Please check the validity and the minimum turnover which is noticed on your voucher. It is not possible to redeem it to cash nor to retroactively settle it with previous orders. When ordering, enter the coupon code. Please note that our vouchers can only be redeemed once per order and customer account.

Vouchers will not be paid out in the event of any returns, or they will be charged pro rata to the retained items. If you would like to order your desired article in another size or color, please contact us by e-mail for a replacement voucher service@codello-shop.com or call us by +49 (0) 89 143 67 152 – 100. We are available Monday till Friday from 9:30am till 6:00 pm.

Only one voucher per order can be redeemed.

Care instruction

Due to our unique patches, trendy colors and high-quality qualities, which can partly be broken due to their fineness in the wrong mechanics, give your Codello accessories always in the dry cleaning. Here you will be cared for by the appropriate staff, who will ensure that your favorite piece is preserved for a long time.

You can crush your favorite piece more or softer. To do this, place the accessory in cold water, wring it carefully and leave it twisted together. The stronger the crush effect, the longer you should leave your accessory in a crimped state. However, make sure that the accessory is in a dry place during this time.
